Full Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a sales enablement leader to own the strategy and execution of sales performance across our organization. In this executive role, you will transform call-level insights into enterprise-wide capability, driving measurable improvements in conversion rates, deal velocity, and customer experience. You will set the vision for how our sales teams learn, coach, and perform partnering directly with senior sales leadership to elevate results at scale.

You will own difficult conversations with executives, proactively identify training gaps, and deliver clear solutions that drive accountability and performance.

What You’ll Own

Lead a call quality and performance intelligence program: regularly review recorded and live sales conversations to assess methodology adherence, discovery depth, value articulation, objection handling, and closing effectiveness.
Identify skill gaps and best practices at the organizational level; proactively diagnose training and performance gaps and deliver actionable solutions before they impact results.
Own end-to-end rep coaching: deliver direct, constructive feedback to sales representatives, create personalized development plans, and drive sustained behavior change through ongoing 1:1 and cohort coaching.
Engage in difficult, high-stakes conversations with executives and sales leadership, raising performance issues, presenting data-backed recommendations, and securing alignment on corrective actions.
Establish rigorous measurement frameworks that link training interventions to business outcomes.
Serve as a strategic partner to Executive leadership, ensuring training initiatives are tightly aligned with evolving go-to-market strategy and commercial priorities.
Stay ahead of leading sales methodologies, enablement technologies, and learning practices, bringing external best practices into the business.

What You Bring

10–12+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, sales training leadership, or sales leadership roles with a demonstrated track record of lifting team and organizational performance.
Must have direct training and management experience with at least 400+ sales associates.
Direct experience as a high-performing sales professional or sales manager is essential. You understand the realities of the phone and the psychology of complex sales conversations.
Proven ability to diagnose performance through conversation analysis and convert insights into scalable learning systems that deliver measurable commercial impact.
Comfort and skill in delivering tough, constructive feedback and owning difficult conversations with both frontline reps and senior executives.
Hands-on experience with conversation intelligence platforms (Gong) and the ability to operationalize their insights at scale.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating as a peer to senior sales and commercial leaders.

This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who wants to shape how a sales organization performs, not just train it.
