Graphic Designer

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. This pivotal role requires a professional who can masterfully blend creative design and hands-on photography to produce a wide range of marketing and brand assets. You'll be responsible for crafting stunning visual content for our websites and social media channels, while also specializing in creating high-performing Amazon product listings, including compelling A+ Content and optimized product descriptions.

Responsibilities:

This role will focus on the daily management and optimization of our Amazon marketplace presence, specifically through the creation and optimization of Product Detail Pages (PDPs).

Work with the related team to implement PDP content assets, such as: A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content), product images, and other visual assets.
Create and maintain high-quality content, including product titles, descriptions, images, bullet points, and keywords that align with Amazon SEO best practices.
Conduct in-house product photoshoots to capture a full suite of listing images for new and existing products, including main hero images, lifestyle shots, infographics, and detail images that highlight key features and benefits.
Create custom A+ Content to tell a compelling brand story and showcase product features using a combination of images and text modules.
Collaborate with the team to understand product features, target audience, and brand guidelines to ensure all design work aligns with our overall marketing strategy.
Stay up-to-date with Amazon's image requirements, best practices, and trends to ensure all listings are compliant and competitive.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience creating and optimizing Amazon product listings and A+ Content. An available online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and photography projects is required.
Professional experience working with different Amazon markets (e.g.,Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk).
3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, specifically within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
Hands-on experience with product photography, including proficiency with studio lighting, camera equipment, and post-production editing.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience with copywriting or editing for e-commerce, specifically for Amazon, with a solid understanding of keyword integration and SEO.
A strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling on-page content.
Exceptional communication and project management skills with a strong eye for detail.
Bilingual in English and Korean

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care markets is a significant plus.
Experience in a fast-paced, start-up, or high-growth environment.
Ability to translate complex product features into clear, compelling visual narratives.
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) to create short product videos for listings.
Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
Resilient and positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
