About the Role

We're expanding our sales team and hiring a Regional Account Manager to own new business across our West territory — 13 states plus Alaska and Hawaii, one of the largest oncology markets in the country.

This territory already has strong momentum and active pipeline, you'll step into a region with traction and take it to the next level, closing new business and building relationships with some of the key health systems.

This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Commercial Strategy and Growth.

What You'll Do

● Own new business sales across our full portfolio, our AI-powered technology and our clinical services for cancer centers and health systems across the West. This is as much a clinical services sale as it is a technology sale: understanding how our services fit into a customer's clinical and operational workflow is central to the role.

● Build executive-level relationships and close multi-year, multi-site contracts with major health systems.

● Partner closely with our Professional Services team from early discovery through implementation.

● Own accurate pipeline and forecast reporting for your territory.

What We're Looking For

● A highly skilled, top-performing sales professional with a strong track record in complex, enterprise sales spanning both technology and clinical services.

● Clinical or operational experience in radiation oncology is a major plus.

● A track record of executive and department-level selling that includes multi-year, multi-site contract negotiation, ideally with large academic medical centers.

● Comfort with complex sales cycles and the technical/integration complexity of large academic health systems.

● A solid understanding of radiation oncology workflows, treatment-planning systems, EMR and/or EHR ecosystems (Epic) is a plus.

● Based in or willing to travel within the broader West footprint.

Compensation

● Extremely competitive base salary, commensurate with experience.

● Uncapped commission plan.
