Administrator / Medical Assistant – Home Care & Concierge Medical Services

Location: Northeast Alabama + NW Georgia Service Area: Alabama Type: Part‑time (flexible business and weekend hours) Pay: $18–$23/hr

Another Rose Care Services, an NP‑owned home‑care and concierge health care practice, is expanding services into Alabama. We are hiring a dependable Administrator/Medical Assistant who can run our Alabama operations, support caregiver scheduling, and assist with future mobile concierge medical services.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who:

Lives within 50 minutes of Northeast Alabama
Can travel to our future medical office location in the Northeast Alabama area
Can operate independently within Alabama
Is comfortable driving throughout the state as needed
Has strong administrative and clinical skills
Has a clean background, can pass a background check, and can maintain logs as required

This role is ideal for a Medical Assistant or CNA who wants to grow into a Clinic Manager / Concierge Medical Assistant.

Responsibilities

Travel to client homes for intakes, check‑ins, and support
Conduct outreach to hospitals and facilities to build referral relationships
Train caregivers on agency standards, documentation, and client care
Supervise caregivers through home visits, phone check‑ins, and performance reviews
Recruit and onboard caregivers in Alabama
Schedule caregivers and match them to clients
Handle new client inquiries and intake
Maintain communication with families, caregivers, and the Georgia office
Assist with vitals and simple clinical tasks during mobile concierge visits
Prepare the office for two Saturday clinic days per month (future)
Maintain documentation, timesheets, logs, and basic billing tasks
Represent the agency professionally in Alabama communities
Assist in hiring additional administrative or clinical support staff as the agency grows

Requirements

Medical Assistant (MA), CNA, or similar clinical background
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
Experience in home care, senior care, or medical office preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to be proactive and work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable with technology for scheduling, phones, and basic computer systems
Must have a clean background and pass a background check
Must maintain accurate logs and documentation
