Full Job Description

The Trust for Tomorrow is seeking a Management Analyst to support the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Florida. This role focuses on improving digital workflows, supporting information systems, and providing operational analysis to enhance program delivery. The anticipated start date is August 15, 2026.

The Management Analyst will perform a variety of technical and analytical functions, including:

Develop training materials, quick reference guides, and job aids.
Assist with organization and maintenance of SharePoint libraries and lists.
Updating SharePoint site content and assisting users with navigation and permission requests.
Assist with the design, maintenance, and enhancement of PowerApps applications and Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.
Troubleshoot access concerns, broken links, and site performance issues.
Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards; ensure data accuracy, update datasets, and assist staff in interpreting visualizations.
Conduct process workflow mapping using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to document current processes, identify inefficiencies, and support workflow improvements.
Provide end‑user support and training for PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
Respond to user inquiries and resolve routine technical issues.
Support operations through data tracking, document review, and administrative analysis.
Travel up to 20 percent as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant State Conservationist for Management & Strategy.

Required Experience & Skills:

At least two years of experience supporting business operations through data tracking, workflow documentation, reporting, or administrative analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, cloud-based applications).
Experience with or ability to quickly learn PowerApps, Power Automate, and low-code automation tools.
Experience with or ability to learn Power BI report development and dataset management.
Experience organizing SharePoint content, lists, permissions, and metadata.
Ability to analyze program data, identify discrepancies, and make recommendations.
Ability to document and map processes using Visio or similar tools.
Valid state driver's license to serve as an incidental motor vehicle operator.
Primary duty station: NRCS State Office, Gainesville, FL.
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications, with a projected starting base salary of $60,000.00. The Trust for Tomorrow provides employees with 10 days paid sick leave, 10 days paid annual leave, and 11 Federal holidays.
