Full Job Description

Hemp Sales Professional with a PASSION for growing business and building mutually beneficial long-term relationships. We are a WELL established cannabis brand from the West Coast expanding rapidly in the Hemp Market. Our initial success in the Hemp space has us excited to grow the team quickly.

We are seeking a territory representative to expand into new retail stores.

Previous cannabis/ Hemp B2B sales experience required.

We offer one of the few PURE THCA hemp vape lines as well as a brand new approach to edibles. We have a well established, best-in-class lineup of products. Customers and Dispensaries LOVE OUR PRODUCTS, and our business has grown exponentially year after year (10 years in a row). To be considered, you must be able to differentiate yourself and our products in a very crowded space.

We're looking for someone that thrives on being the #1 salesperson in the company. We only hire the best. If that's you, let's hear from you!

Compensation is Commission only at 8% of sales plus base. Base Salary depending on qualifications/ experience, to be Negotiated at time of Onboarding.

We're looking for someone with the drive to turn that into $250k in annual income.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the presence of the company and its brands in the territory.
Enhance the organization's reputation in the market by developing new and different ways to grow the business, and exploring opportunities to add value to customer relationships.
Build relationships with new and existing customers within an assigned territory
Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers, both at store-level and headquarter level.
Alert customers of new products that may be of interest
Continually meet or exceed sales targets by selling products to new and existing customers, and developing brand advocates in-store.
Develop and implement an effective business strategy to drive sales.
Maintain in-store merchandising to brand standards.
Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales call metrics
Attend virtual and in-person sales meetings to stay up to date on the latest products and developments
Research competitors' products and pricing to maintain brand competitiveness
Provide bud-tender presentations and education
Provide market feedback to the Director of Sales which will drive future product innovations.
You will receive professional third party Sales Training as part of your onboarding!

Pay: $30,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
