This is not your typical plumbing job.
We are looking for an experienced Master Plumber who wants more than simply showing up every day, doing service calls, and collecting a paycheck.
We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the plumbing operation and help build something substantial — without having to invest their own money or deal with the headaches of running the business.
We already have the company, licensing, administrative staff, marketing, scheduling, billing, and financial systems in place.
What we need is the right Master Plumber to lead the field operation.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will essentially become the person in charge of our residential plumbing operations.
You will oversee the plumbing work, work directly with customers, provide estimates, help grow the business, and lead a small crew or helper.
At the same time, you will NOT be responsible for the administrative headaches that normally come with running a plumbing company.
Our administrative team will handle:
- Scheduling and appointment setting
- Customer communications
- Dispatching
- Billing and collections
- Bookkeeping and accounting
- Payroll
- Marketing
- Administrative paperwork
- Purchasing and administrative support
- Overall business administration
Your job is to run the plumbing operation in the field.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be responsible for the day-to-day plumbing operation, including:
- Performing residential plumbing work
- Diagnosing plumbing problems
- Completing repairs, replacements, remodels, and installations
- Visiting customer homes to evaluate plumbing projects
- Preparing estimates and explaining options to homeowners
- Overseeing the quality of completed work
- Managing a small crew or plumbing helper
- Training and mentoring your helper/crew
- Making sure jobs are completed properly and professionally
- Helping determine materials and equipment needed for jobs
- Communicating job requirements with our administrative team
- Maintaining high standards for workmanship and customer service
- Helping grow the plumbing division and its profitability
You will have a helper or small crew working with you, so this isn't a position where you are expected to do everything completely by yourself.

COMPENSATION
Excellent base salary + benefits + profit sharing
Depending on performance, production, business growth, and profitability, total annual compensation can potentially reach $100,000–$200,000+ per year.
The person who helps us build a highly profitable plumbing operation should have the opportunity to benefit financially from that success.
There is no artificial ceiling on what a highly motivated person can accomplish.
