Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Commute to our Chiefland office one day a week (Wednesdays)
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining phone etiquette.
Handle scheduling and appointment management for staff members.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, insurance authorizations, insurance eligibility, copays, deductibles, and document preparation.
Provide support for office management tasks, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
Serve as a personal assistant to management as needed, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

Strong clerical and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
Experience in healthcare office is preferred.
Familiarity with Availity and AthenaHealth is a plus
Ability to operate computerized systems effectively.
Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a busy environment.
