Security Officer Credential Systems Coordinator

As a Security Officer Credential Systems Coordinator in Flowery Branch, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a retail location, you will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, managing visitor access, and responding to access-related concerns. You will remain visible to help deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, and maintaining visitor and delivery records in accordance with site procedures.

Monitor access control systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment; report unusual activity, access concerns, and equipment issues to appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of designated interior areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.
-
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
-
Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
