We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media and Marketing Coordinator with expertise in Google Analytics to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling digital narratives, elevate brand presence across multiple platforms, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our marketing strategies. As a key driver of our online engagement, you will develop innovative content, manage social media campaigns, and leverage analytics tools to measure success and inform future initiatives. <Responsibilities>

Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
Manage daily social media posting schedules using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with brand voice.
Create visually appealing content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content planning and reputation management.
Execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific audiences and drive traffic or conversions.
Analyze web traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools; prepare reports that highlight key insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, manage relationship management efforts with media outlets, and support branding initiatives.
Support e-commerce efforts by integrating social media campaigns with online sales channels and tracking ROI effectively.
Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing; ensure high-quality standards across all communications.

<Skills>

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation with a strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms.
Proficiency in SEO techniques for enhancing online visibility through keyword research and optimized content strategies.
Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; basic video editing skills are a plus.
Familiarity with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns that maximize engagement.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics to interpret data trends and measure campaign effectiveness.
Excellent proofreading abilities ensuring all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Effective relationship management skills for collaborating across teams including public relations, sales, and creative departments.
