Event, Brewery & Community Operations ManagerForge RX | Anvil Union BrewingHelp Build One of the Most Unique Community Destinations in Georgia

Forge RX and Anvil Union Brewing are looking for an energetic, organized, and entrepreneurial leader to oversee our growing Events, Brewery, Retail, and Community Division.

This is not a typical event coordinator position.

This is an opportunity to build and operate a destination where fitness, wellness, community, retail, food, beverages, and entertainment all come together.

If you enjoy creating experiences, organizing events, building partnerships, and growing businesses, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Responsible ForBrewery & Beer Garden

Coordinate brewery operations and events
Plan beer garden entertainment and seasonal programming
Organize live music, acoustic nights, and local bands
Schedule trivia nights, bingo, comedy nights, karaoke, and open mic nights
Coordinate food truck nights
Manage brewery promotions and special releases
Plan Oktoberfest, holiday parties, and seasonal festivals
Help create a welcoming community atmosphere

Events

Plan and manage events both inside and outside the facility.

Examples include:

Wellness Days
Fitness Competitions
HYROX Events
Cars & Coffee
Run Club
Farmers Markets
Vendor Markets
Holiday Festivals
Antique Markets
Vintage Markets
Pet Events
Youth Events
Family Events
Networking Events
Business Expos

Business Development

Build relationships with:

Local Businesses
Breweries
Coffee Shops
Food Trucks
Sponsors
Schools
Churches
Apartment Communities
HOAs
Vendors
Community Organizations

Help create new partnerships that increase traffic and revenue.

Retail & Vendor Operations

Manage:

Vendor booths
Pop-up shops
Marketplace events
Vintage retail
Merchandise
Community retail programs

Recruit and support local vendors while creating recurring income opportunities.

Event Planning & Logistics

Coordinate:

Event calendars
Entertainment
Vendor communication
Marketing coordination
Sponsorships
Event setup and breakdown
Staff scheduling
Customer experience
Budget tracking

Marketing & Community Growth

Work with our marketing team to promote:

Brewery events
Beer garden events
Wellness events
Fitness events
Community gatherings
Seasonal promotions

Help grow attendance and community engagement through social media, partnerships, and local outreach.
