Full Job Description

Yusuf Family Estate & Household is seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy family with both personal and administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, and helping a household run efficiently.

The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage calendars, appointments, and family schedules
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
Run personal and business errands
Manage household vendors, maintenance appointments, and service providers
Assist with event planning and special projects
Organize documents, files, and digital records
Track expenses and assist with budgeting
Coordinate deliveries and online purchases
Assist with gift purchasing and holiday planning
Communicate professionally with vendors, schools, contractors, and other contacts
Support executive and administrative tasks as assigned
Help maintain organization within the household
Occasionally assist with childcare coordination (not primary childcare)

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Household Manager, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Highly dependable with exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Apple products
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable personal transportation
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Valid U.S. passport or the ability to obtain one, as occasional domestic and international travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting high-net-worth families or executives
Household management experience
Event planning or project coordination experience
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel

Schedule

Monday through Friday
