Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience in OB/MFM (Maternal Fetal Medicine) sonography
- Documented skillset in MFM sonography within the last 2 years
- Proven experience with nuchal translucency scanning
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- ARDMS certification in Obstetrics required
- NT certification preferred, but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed ultrasound imaging for high-risk pregnancies, including advanced first and second trimester screenings in accordance with AIUM and MFM protocols
- Independently scan patients with complex diagnoses such as multiples or congenital anomalies
- Assist providers during amniocentesis and CVS procedures
- Accurately document findings via GE Viewpoint and ensure adherence to healthcare guidelines
- Operate GE E10 and Expert 22 ultrasound machines to deliver high-quality imaging
- Collaborate with a team of 10-14 experienced sonographers in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Rotate through floor orientation within five days
- Maintain professional standards, including wearing black scrubs
