Full Job Description

Are you a Florida-licensed Dermatologist seeking true work-life balance without sacrificing clinical impact?Join our innovative telehealth team and provide essential, specialized dermatological care to patients in post-acute settings across Florida. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise remotely, manage your own schedule, and maximize your earnings through our performance-based RVU model.

Within our standard service hours (Monday to Friday, with some Saturday availability), you can block out consultation times that fit your life. While you manage your self-directed schedule, we ask our providers to commit to a minimum availability of 10 hours per week or 40 hours per month, allowing you to maximize your earning potential while maintaining work-life balance.

Impactful Care: Focus on meaningful follow-up and chronic condition management for a vulnerable patient population in skilled nursing and home health environments.

Streamlined Operations: We handle billing, scheduling, and provide robust IT support, and have onsite telehealth care coordinators to provide in-person (at home or facilities) onsite connectivity and support to ensure your sessions run smoothly.
Shared Success Compensation Model: We believe in a partnership built on trust and mutual success. Our compensation model is transparent and straightforward, with a clearly defined 50% RVU share that ensures your productivity is directly and fairly rewarded.

What You'll Do

Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations for patients in post-acute care facilities across Florida.
Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide spectrum of dermatological conditions, developing and adjusting evidence-based treatment plans.
Collaborate with on-site nurses and primary care teams via our integrated EHR system to ensure seamless, high-quality patient management.
Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions and treatment progress, adhering strictly to HIPAA and state regulations.
Provide education and guidance to patients and on-site staff regarding skincare and treatment adherence.

Position Information:

Florida-Licensed Dermatologist (1099, Remote Telehealth/Post-Acute, RVU-Based)

Location: 100% Remote (Must be licensed in Florida)
Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Self-Directed, Highly Flexible Hours (Part-time or Full-time availability)

Qualifications & Requirements

Active Florida Medical License: Must hold a current, unrestricted MD or DO license in the State of Florida (a dealbreaker!).
Board Certification: Board Certified in Dermatology.
Proof of Liability Insurance: Must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) as evidence of active professional liability (malpractice) coverage upon contract signing.
Experience: Proven clinical experience as a practicing dermatologist. Prior telehealth or post-acute care experience is a strong plus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable and proficient using telehealth platforms, secure communication tools, and various EMR systems.
Communication: Excellent "webside" manner, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport virtually.
