Do you have the PRN career opportunities as a(an) RN Diagnostic Imaging PRN you want with your current employer? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join HCA Florida North Florida Hospital which is part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Diagnostic Imaging RN to join our team. Your primary function is to care for patients preparing for imaging and diagnostic procedures. You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.

In this role you will:

Administer moderate sedation for CT guided biopsies, drains, etc
Operate Cardiac CTA- administer Nitroglycerin and Metoprolol
Administer Glucagon to CT enterography
Administer Lasix
Place Foley Catheters
Access Port-a-Cath and de-access with Heparin per protocol
Start IV in difficult sticks
Monitor outpatients who have pacemaker or defibrillator

Job Requirements:

Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
ACLS-American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required
1 year acute care experience required
1 year critical care experience preferred
