CONTRACT FULL‑TIME

Gainesville, FL (ONSITE)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support Pre‑K and Child Find evaluations for a local district partner in Panama City, Florida. This is a full‑time, onsite contract role ideal for someone who thrives in early childhood assessment, understands compliance‑driven evaluation processes, and can manage a steady caseload with accuracy and care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations for Pre‑K and Child Find students
Complete 3–4 evaluations per day, 3–4 days per week
Interpret assessment data and prepare clear, compliant evaluation reports
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support eligibility decisions
Maintain accurate documentation aligned with state and district requirements
Manage timelines to ensure all evaluations and reports are completed promptly
Provide professional expertise that supports early intervention and student success

QUALIFICATIONS

Specialist degree or higher in School Psychology
Active Florida School Psychologist license
Experience with early childhood or Pre‑K assessments preferred
Strong understanding of evaluation procedures, compliance, and documentation
Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, structured environment

ROLE DETAILS

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (1‑hour unpaid lunch)
Paid Hours: 35 per week (40 total hours onsite)
Caseload: All students moving through Child Find requirements
Location: Pre‑K office only (Gainesville, FL)
Contract Length: Immediate start through July 28 (≈ 19 weeks)
Compensation: $60–$70/hr (weekly range: $2030–$2170)
Travel Package: Available for candidates commuting 50+ miles — reach out for details
Work Setting: Primarily onsite; hybrid may be considered only with special approval
