Full Job Description

Vista Social is a social media management platform used by thousands of brands and agencies. Everyone on this team has a goal they’re building toward, and they put in the work to get there. If you’re looking for a place where your effort directly shapes company growth and your own earnings, this is it.

Right now we need someone who can sit on a demo call, read the room, and make a complicated platform look effortless.

What you’ll actually do

Run technical demos for mid-market and enterprise prospects. Tailor each one to what the prospect actually needs, not a canned script.
Partner with our AEs on discovery calls to scope integrations, permissions, and agency-specific workflows.
Handle the technical and security questions that come up mid-deal so the deal doesn’t stall.
Build demo environments and reusable assets: battlecards, objection scripts, sandbox accounts.
Feed what you’re hearing from prospects straight back to product. You’ll have real influence here.

What you bring

3+ years as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, or solutions consultant, ideally in B2B SaaS.
You can run a demo solo and improvise when a prospect asks something you didn’t prep for.
You explain technical concepts to non-technical buyers without dumbing it down.
Bonus if you already know social media management, martech, or agency workflows.
You don’t need someone checking in on you every day to stay sharp.

The right mindset for this role

We move fast, and that comes with pace and ambiguity. We’re not asking you to sacrifice your life, but we are asking for someone who leans in when it matters — when a deal needs one more push or a prospect needs an answer today, not next week.

Compensation

Base salary: $85,000 - $100,000. On-target earnings (OTE): $125,000 - $160,000, inclusive of base and performance-based variable pay.
