Full Job Description

We are a rapidly growing digital marketing and traffic agency managing social media and online growth strategies for hundreds of clients across a variety of industries.

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and creative Social Media & Client Growth Manager to join our team. This is not simply a content-posting position. The primary focus of this role is client retention through continued growth, optimization, and strong social media performance.

You will work closely with our social media content, copywriting, creative, and leadership teams to evaluate client accounts, identify opportunities for improvement, implement optimization strategies, and ensure our clients continue moving in the right direction.

You will also oversee a team responsible for executing social media initiatives across our client portfolio.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

* Oversee social media growth and optimization across a large portfolio of client accounts
* Evaluate client social media performance, engagement, reach, traffic, and overall account health
* Identify underperforming accounts and develop strategies to improve performance
* Lead recurring optimization cycles across client accounts
* Work directly with our content and copywriting teams to adjust content strategies based on performance data
* Review social media profiles, bios, content structure, calls-to-action, keywords, positioning, and overall optimization
* Help develop strategies designed to increase reach, engagement, followers, clicks, and traffic
* Oversee and manage a team responsible for executing social media strategies and optimizations
* Monitor client progress and proactively address accounts that may require additional attention
* Assist leadership in developing scalable processes as our client base continues to grow
* Help improve client retention by ensuring clients consistently receive proactive strategy, optimization, and attention
* Assist with the growth and management of our company’s own social media presence
* Stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging growth strategies

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who doesn’t wait to be told that an account isn’t performing — you notice it, determine why, and create a plan to improve it.

You should be:

* Experienced in social media management, strategy, or digital marketing
* Comfortable analyzing social media analytics and identifying trends
* Knowledgeable about Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
* Familiar with organic social media growth and traffic strategies
* Highly organized and capable of overseeing a large number of accounts
* Comfortable managing and directing a team
* Able to communicate clearly with multiple departments
* Creative while also being data-driven
* Proactive and solutions-oriented
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced company where processes and strategies continue to evolve as we grow

Preferred Experience

* 2+ years of social media management or digital marketing experience.
* Experience managing multiple client accounts
* Previous agency experience is strongly preferred
* Experience leading or managing a social media/content team
* Understanding of social media analytics, optimization, SEO/keyword strategy, and audience growth
* Experience with client retention or account performance is a major plus

Overview

Duties

Develop and execute dynamic social media content strategies tailored to various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
Monitor social media channels daily to respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Utilize social listening tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, and social media analytics to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other paid channels to increase reach and engagement.
Conduct keyword research and SEO practices to enhance content visibility across search engines and social platforms.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media strategies with overall branding initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Analyze media performance data regularly to measure success, identify trends, and refine content marketing approaches for maximum impact.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Solid understanding of SEO principles, social listening techniques, and marketing online analytics.
Demonstrated ability in content creation including writing engaging posts, designing graphics, editing videos, and proofreading for accuracy.
Experience in social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
Strong relationship management skills to engage with audiences effectively while representing the brand professionally.
Knowledge of branding principles combined with media editing skills for high-quality media production.
Ability to monitor digital marketing performance metrics diligently to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign results.
