Pinewood Dentistry is a modern, technology-driven private (non DSO or corporate) practice seeking an associate doctor for our Cumming, Georgia location. This position is ideal for a clinician who values comprehensive care, enjoys a highly collaborative environment, and wants to grow both clinically and professionally.
We are not a high-pressure “drill and fill” office. Our philosophy centers on patient relationships, thoughtful treatment planning, and delivering dentistry that improves the entire system — not just individual teeth.
This role is being added to support continued patient growth.

- 3D printing workflows
- Advanced restorative and surgical capabilities
We perform nearly all aspects of general dentistry other than removable prosthetics. Within Pinewood, doctors routinely provide Invisalign, sleep dentistry, implants, full-arch solutions, and advanced endodontics.
This is not an analog or ultra-slow practice model.

Mentorship & Growth
Mentorship is a core part of Pinewood Dentistry.
Every doctor joining our team must be:
- Open to coaching and feedback

This is not a static role — we actively support clinical development.
Deal Breakers
This position is not ideal for clinicians seeking:
- Extremely slow patient flow

We deeply value each patient interaction and expect the same from our doctors.
