Medical Practice Manager

Location: Braselton, Georgia
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Medical Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a growing, patient-focused medical practice in Braselton, Georgia. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a passion for healthcare administration, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring exceptional patient care.

Position Responsibilities

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice

· Collaborate with physicians and providers to improve practice operations

· HR experience including recruiting, onboarding, coaching and performance management

· Lead and supervise administrative and clinical support staff

· Oversee revenue cycle processes, including billing, collections, and insurance coordination

· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency

· Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and operational expenses

· Optimize patient scheduling, workflow, and overall patient experience

· Resolve patient concerns professionally and maintain a high level of customer service

· Identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement

· Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, and other healthcare regulations

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree REQUIRED.

· 3–5 years of medical practice management or healthcare management experience REQUIRED.

· Experience managing physician practices or specialty medical offices REQUIRED

· Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) PREFERRED.

· Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

· Strong knowledge of medical billing/surgical billing, coding, insurance, and reimbursement processes

· Knowledge of the surgical scheduling process, including coordination with hospitals and ASC’s

· Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems and Microsoft Office. EPIC EMR is used in our office

· Ability to analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements.

· Strong financial management and budgeting skills.

Schedule

· Professional References Required: Candidates must provide three professional references, including at least two from physicians or physician practice leadership (e.g., physician owner, medical director, practice administrator, or supervising physician) from previous physician practice employment. References must be able to verify the candidate’s leadership, professionalism, communication skills, integrity, and job performance. Employment offers are contingent upon satisfactory reference and employment verification.
