Customer Service Representative

Salary: $43,000+, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Position summary: Nauticon is seeking a customer-centric, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support its Managed IT and Office Equipment service operations. The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative are to answer incoming customer calls, enter service tickets and supply orders into the appropriate database, assign and schedule service tickets, and respond to customer inquiries. This position provides ample exposure to both IT and general business operations and is a fantastic entry-level career opportunity. Position responsibilities:

· Answer overflow IT help desk and office equipment service and supply calls

· Create service tickets and supply orders in the appropriate database

· Assign and schedule service tickets as needed

· Assist customers with troubleshooting minor service issues via phone

· Respond to customer inquiries

· Maintain current customer information in database (i.e. phone number, address, point of contact)

· Review service tickets for completion and mark as “closed” when appropriate

· Other administrative duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service

· Ability to act with a sense of urgency while paying attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education/Experience Requirements:

· 1-3 years of customer service experience
