Senior Tax Manager | Direct Partner Track | $180k to $210k
8+ Years Public Accounting Experience | CPA Required

The further you progress in public accounting, the less your next move is about salary.

At Senior Manager level, there's a good chance your next move is where you'll make Partner. So choosing the right leadership team matters.

You'll advise privately owned businesses on tax planning, structuring and complex advisory projects, becoming a genuine sounding board for your clients rather than someone who only appears when a return needs reviewing. You'll have the freedom to develop your own client relationships and build a practice around your strengths.

The client base is another standout. Despite being a mid sized firm, the work is every bit as sophisticated as you'll find at much larger firms, without the bureaucracy that often comes with them.
