POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for dedicated Framersto join our construction team and contribute to large-scale, year-round projects. This role is responsible for building subfloors, walls, and roofs, interpreting plans, and ensuring projects are completed with precision and quality. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented, with the ability to adapt to challenging job site conditions and follow established processes. Individuals who are mechanically inclined, hands-on, and take pride in their craftsmanship will thrive in this position.

OBJECTIVES
- Safely and accurately construct subfloors, walls, and roof systems according to project specifications and timelines.
- Interpret and follow architectural and engineering plans to ensure framing is precise and aligned with project requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in framing terminology, tools, and processes within the first 90 days of employment.
- Collaborate effectively with lead carpenters and team members to complete daily and weekly priorities on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including proper storage and handling of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Adapt to challenging build environments (e.g., mountainside projects) while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
- Show continuous improvement in efficiency and quality of work, reducing rework and delays caused by errors.
- Exhibit dependability and strong work ethic, including punctuality, accountability, and consistent effort throughout projects.
- Support team development by fostering a positive and cooperative environment, contributing to overall crew success.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–3+ years of framing experience on residential or commercial construction projects.
- Hands-on experience with framing tools and equipment, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing structural components (subfloors, walls, and roofs)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Experience operating box trucks or larger vehicles (preferred).
- Demonstrated reliability in field work, construction, or service-related roles.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $28 - $30 per hour depending on experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
