Minimum Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience : Customer service experience worked in an office setting or call center environment preferred. Experience in conducting intakes and/or scheduling patients preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Strong customer service skills, good communication and organizational skills. Medical Terminology preferred.
Special Training: Basic insurance carrier, pre-certification knowledge, and basic computer skills preferred.
Mental, Behavioral and Emotional Abilities : Ability to deliver excellent customer service. Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
