CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - JOB # 13-26 and 28-26

All correspondence must refer to a specific job number

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing quality service through customer interactions via phone, online banking, chat, and/or e-mail. This position will assist customers with various banking needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer customer service calls and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner. (inquiries such as online banking, customer account information and forwarding the customer to the correct department or banking center)
Review Apple Pay report for new customer’s access.
Open online account submissions using the new account procedures in place.
Open and respond to on-line interactive Banno chats with customers.
Open and respond to warm leads via customer service e-mail.
Maintenance customer information on system for personal accounts as well as all other types of accounts owned (ie; Cd, SBD, address change, etc.)
Maintenance and place alerts on return mail for customers.
Identify opportunities to offer other bank products and/or services to the customer.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Education: High school or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: 1 year banking, customer service and/or related background; Call center experience a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented and ability to solve problems.
PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
The ability to represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner.
