Full Job Description

Round One Entertainment is looking to hire a full-time General Affairs Representative for our corporate office team. Round One is a multi-entertainment activity complex holding 50 stores throughout the nation. Our typical store is around 50,000 square foot age as anchor tenants in shopping malls. We offer Bowling, Arcade games, Billiards, Darts, Ping Pong, Karaoke, food and drinks, a variation that is not matched by other competitors in the industry.

Must be Japanese Bilingual.

Overview

This position is responsible for the corporate level administrative support of the General Affairs Department.
You will contribute to and coordinate activities in different administrative areas, act as a junior assistant for the administrative support systems whenever needed, and authorize orders and invoices in line with authorization policies and routines. Responsibility includes translations in English and Japanese and various support and engagement in internal and external administrative processes, procedures, and tools. The tasks performed can be on an ad-hoc basis. All above, to optimize organizational efficiency and meet business needs and enable the line organization to focus on the core business.

Essential Duties:

You will manage the office work environment and office/store products, such as office supplies, business cards, bowling vouchers, equipment (printer, water purifier, coffee machine), fixed assets
Supports with the use of administrative tools & other general tools
Assists the managers with processing state-mandated annual report procedures
Maintains data files such as updating store ranking, processing monthly PL data for distribution, and audit trail report.
Creates approval requests, payment requests to process invoices from vendors.
Organizes meetings, business trips, flights, catering, and more as needed
Assists the superiors with managing information and supporting in creating information
Oversees clerical tasks such as sorting and sending mail and shipping packages.
Work environment improvement activity such as handling employee complaints with improvement activities
Ensures Company’s Safety Policies and makes sure the policy is complying with governmental requirements.
Other responsibilities as assigned by managers; job duties may change at any time or without notice.

Non-Essential Duties:

Assists Prepares Administrative correspondence on behalf of the superiors
Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
Researches and develops resources that create a timely and efficient workflow.
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by upper management.
Follows up and ensure to complete any given work.
Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace.
Reports all irregular issues and problems to executive management for solutions.
Networks and Maintains good communication with executive management, office staff members, and outside contacts.
Complies and maintains the confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Education/Experience:

College degree preferred, but not required. Minimum of three to five years of Administrative/Executive assistant and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
