Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative & Associate HR Representative to join our vibrant team. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to engage directly with clients and employees while supporting essential human resources functions. You will be the frontline ambassador for customer satisfaction and a key contributor to HR initiatives, fostering a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. Your energetic approach and proactive mindset will drive excellent service delivery and HR excellence across the organization. This paid position is ideal for candidates passionate about delivering exceptional service and advancing their HR expertise in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely, professional manner.
Listening to customer concerns, questions, and service requests.
Gathering relevant information, such as contact details, location, and nature of the issue.
Coordinating with customers to schedule appointments for service or maintenance.
Considering technician availability, location, and workload when scheduling appointments.
Providing customers with information regarding appointment timing and any relevant preparation instructions.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Provide product/service information and support order or account questions.
Manage customer accounts, process transactions, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and welcome materials.
Maintain and update employee records and HR files.
Assist with organizing training sessions, company events, and internal communications.
Facilitate employee evaluation processes, including performance management and feedback sessions, to promote continuous development.
Administer benefits programs and handle benefits administration inquiries, ensuring employees understand their options and entitlements.
Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations, OSHA standards, FMLA policies, and HR legal requirements through diligent record-keeping and documentation.
Handle confidential information with integrity while supporting HR department activities like training & development programs and conflict management efforts.

Experience

Proven experience in customer service roles with a strong emphasis on communication skills and conflict management.
Prior HR department experience or internships involving human resources management functions such as employee relations or personnel administration is highly desirable.
Familiarity with payroll processing tools is preferred.
Proficiency in Excel for data collection.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while fostering positive relationships across teams.

The CS/HR assistant plays a critical role in ensuring effective communication and coordination between customers and field service teams. This contributes to overall customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the successful resolution of service requests. Adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential qualities for individuals in this role. This position is for Full-time with rotating weekends. This position may go outside of job description.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
