Role Summary
The Warehouse Picker/Packer is a full-time Distribution Center role responsible for supporting the accurate, timely, and safe movement of merchandise through the building. This role may support Inbound, Inventory Control, Outbound, or E-Commerce based on business needs and daily assignment.
The Warehouse Picker/Packer helps ensure product is received, counted, tagged, ticketed, labeled, replenished, picked, packed, split, and shipped accurately. This role supports timely store replenishment and online customer order fulfillment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
This role requires a team-first mindset, flexibility to cross-train across functional areas, and a strong focus on productivity, accuracy, safety, and professionalism in a fast-paced Distribution Center environment.

What You'll Do
Warehouse Operations & Order Fulfillment
Pick, split, pack, and ship replenishment product to stores.
Pick and pack orders directly for online customers.
Count, tag, ticket, label, pack, and track product to support accurate inventory movement.
Restock pick areas identified by replenishment screens or reports.
Product Accuracy, Quality & Inventory Support
Check, verify, and inspect product to ensure merchandise is good quality and damage-free.
Review UPCs, item numbers, prices, shortages, overages, damages, miss-ships, and other product details for accuracy.
Ensure proper product pricing by tagging, ticketing, and labeling merchandise with the appropriate UPCs.
Identify, separate, label, and palletize merchandise for relocation to the appropriate area of the Distribution Center.
Teamwork, Flexibility & Cross-Training
Serve as a TPS brand ambassador through professionalism, teamwork, and respect for others.
Cross-train and work in different areas of the Distribution Center based on business needs.
Work independently and collaboratively with team members to support daily goals.
Complete duties assigned by Distribution Center leadership.
Safety & Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the Distribution Center to support a safe working environment.
Perform tasks safely and operate tools and equipment according to training and instructions.
Keep work areas free of debris and potential safety hazards.
Report safety concerns and workplace injuries to a supervisor promptly.
Follow all TPS policies, procedures, and safety expectations.

Store replenishment and online customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Merchandise is checked, handled, labeled, and moved carefully to support product quality and inventory accuracy.
Work areas remain clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.

The team member demonstrates reliability, accountability, and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Who You Are
Positive, self-motivated, reliable, and accountable for the quality and timeliness of work.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow written information, including company policies, procedure manuals, and maintenance instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume Distribution Center environment.
Flexibility to work varied schedules, overtime, weekends, and extended hours during periods of high distribution volume.
Prior warehouse experience and RF scan technology experience preferred.
Prior material handling or forklift operation experience preferred.
Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, stoop, and twist.
Ability to climb up and down ladders.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
Ability to stand for 8+ hours.
Working Conditions

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the building for extended periods.
