Troy Powersports is hiring a full-time Powersports Technician to join our service team. We’re looking for experienced A-Level technicians who can hit the ground running, as well as motivated technicians with mechanical experience who are eager to learn and develop their skills through training.

️ WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Diagnose and repair a full range of powersports vehicles: ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, 3-wheel motorcycles, and power equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues
- Use diagnostic software and specialized tools to identify and resolve problems
- Install accessories and upgrades
- Collaborate with our Parts and Service teams to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Participate in OEM training and certification programs to grow your technical expertise
WHAT YOU BRING:
We’re open to technicians at different experience levels:
Experienced Technicians (A-Level):
- Strong diagnostic and repair experience with powersports vehicles
- Ability to independently manage repair jobs
- Familiarity with multiple brands and platforms
Developing Technicians:
- Mechanical experience (automotive, small engine, marine, equipment, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Interest in building a career in the powersports industry
For all candidates:
- Detail-oriented with pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced shop
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Physical ability to perform hands-on mechanical work
