Licensed Esthetician

Serenity Now Spa is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dedicated team. At Serenity Now Spa, we pride ourselves on providing our clients with a rejuvenating and personalized experience, and we are looking for a professional who shares our commitment to excellence in skincare and customer service. If you have a deep knowledge of skincare treatments and a desire to help clients achieve their best skin, we encourage you to apply.

Job Summary

As a Licensed Esthetician at Serenity Now Spa, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of skincare services to our clients. You will conduct skin analyses, perform various treatments such as facials, waxing, and body treatments, and provide clients with expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for our clients.

You will also be asked to perform head spa treatments. Which include hair and scalp treatments plus head, neck and shoulder massage. As an esthetician you will be required to obtain a boutique license to perform this service with your esthetician certification.

Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and conduct thorough consultations to understand their skincare needs and concerns.
Perform high-quality facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other esthetic services.
Provide hair removal services, including waxing.
Analyze clients' skin and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products for home care.
Provide head spa treatments- will train
Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and the benefits of our treatments and products.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized work environment in treatment rooms and common areas.
Keep detailed records of client treatments and services provided.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, techniques, and skincare innovations.
Ensure a positive and memorable experience for every client through exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Valid and current Esthetician license in Ohio
You must carry a boutique license to perform head spa treatments
Proven experience working as an Esthetician.
In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and various skin conditions.
Proficiency in a variety of skincare treatments and services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

For every service completed you will earn 45% commission on the total cost of the service and any add-ons provided
