Job Summary:

We are in search of an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in residential and multi-family real estate. This role is central to our operations, requiring a hands-on, proactive approach to manage leasing activities, maintain property standards, and lead team development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of our properties, ensuring excellence in tenant relations and property maintenance.
Lead all leasing activities, from marketing properties and conducting tours to screening tenants and executing leases.
Strategically enhance rental operations to meet financial goals and report on property performance metrics.
Build and mentor a leasing team, equipping them with the skills needed to succeed and scale with the company.
Address tenant concerns and escalated issues, maintaining professionalism and calm under pressure.
Oversee compliance with housing regulations and company policies through regular property inspections.
Utilize property management software and tools efficiently to streamline operations and enhance tenant communications.

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience in property management, specifically in residential and multi-family real estate.
Bilingual: Spanish and English.
Exceptional communication skills, adept in both verbal and written forms.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Ability to function independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Experienced in handling escalated tenant issues with tact and resilience.
Proficiency in using property management software and tools.
