Full Job Description

We are seeking a licensed, motivated, and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our growing clinic in Dallas, TX. This role will focus on caring for patients in a multidisciplinary environment with an emphasis on rehabilitation and pain management.

The ideal candidate will be confident in evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, functional, and work-related injuries while supporting restoration of function, pain reduction, and return-to-work goals. We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical skills, compassionate patient care, and excellent documentation in a setting that values teamwork and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, physician orders, and functional goals
Provide skilled physical therapy services for patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, pain-related, and work-related injuries
Perform therapeutic exercise, functional training, mobility work, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions as appropriate
Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans based on response to care and objective findings
Support patients through recovery with emphasis on pain reduction, improved function, and safe return to daily activities and work duties
Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercise programs, body mechanics, injury prevention, and recovery expectations
Complete timely, accurate, and thorough documentation to support continuity of care and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team members in a multidisciplinary setting
Assist in maintaining a professional, efficient, and patient-centered therapy environment
Build strong relationships with patients through encouragement, consistency, and excellent service

Qualifications

Current Texas Physical Therapist license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
CPR certification preferred or required upon hire
Strong documentation, communication, and clinical reasoning skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating well with providers and staff
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation, orthopedic therapy, pain management, or occupational injury rehab preferred
New graduates may be considered if they have strong clinical skills and are comfortable in a structured, team-oriented setting
