Full Job Description

Flexible, appointment-based, part-time Aesthetic Nurse – Laser and Injectable Experience Required

Generations Wellness Center, a friendly, physician-directed medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Cary, is seeking an experienced aesthetic nurse for a flexible, appointment-based position.

We are expanding our services and patient base and need someone who would enjoy becoming part of that growth. The position will begin with a limited schedule, with genuine room to expand as patient demand increases. We cannot currently guarantee a minimum number of patients or hours.

Position Structure

Flexible, appointment-based part-time position
Provider submits available days and hours approximately every six to eight weeks
Patients are scheduled within the provider’s availability
$50 per completed patient treatment
All treatment appointments are scheduled for one hour or less
Opportunity for the position and earning potential to grow with the practice

Requirements

Applicants must:

Hold a current, unrestricted North Carolina nursing license
Have hands-on professional experience with medical lasers
Have experience administering a range of aesthetic injectables
Understand laser safety, patient selection, contraindications, treatment protocols, and clinical documentation
Be comfortable educating patients and recommending and selling pharmaceutical-grade skincare products
Be dependable, warm, careful with specialized equipment, and committed to excellent patient care
Be willing and available to complete all required device and treatment training

This is not an entry-level aesthetics position. Previous laser and injectable experience is required..

Mandatory Training

The selected nurse must complete Fotona training and all required practice-specific training before seeing patients. They must be fully trained and demonstrate competency in every treatment modality they will perform before providing independent patient care.

Training will include our advanced technologies and treatments, including:

Fotona SP Dynamis
Fotona StarWalker
Lumenis triLift
ADVATx
HydraFacial
Additional Fotona laser treatments and protocols
Fotona Star Former

Previous Fotona experience is especially welcome, but experienced laser nurses who are committed to completing comprehensive Fotona training are encouraged to apply.

This position may be especially well suited to an experienced nurse who already has another position or wants to add a flexible clinical role without committing to fixed weekly shifts.
