DIESEL TECHNICIAN — VICTORY CHEVROLET & VICTORY CDJR OF OTTAWA

Ottawa, KS | Two Brand-New State-of-the-Art Facilities

Victory Auto Group is expanding in Ottawa with two brand-new, side-by-side service facilities — featuring A/C and heated shops, modern OEM diagnostics, new lifts, tech locker rooms, clean layouts, and an environment built for speed, comfort, and pride.

We are seeking skilled Diesel Technicians who want to grow their career in high-volume truck markets and be part of a dealership group that truly values character, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair Diesel engines and powertrain systems
Perform heavy line repairs — engines, transmissions, emissions, and driveline
Execute both warranty and customer-pay hours efficiently
Follow OEM repair procedures with precision and quality
Communicate effectively with advisors and teammates
Maintain a clean, safe, professional workspace — we take shop pride seriously

✅ Qualifications

Experience with GM Duramax and/or Ram Cummins platforms
Strong ability to diagnose drivability and electrical concerns
Proven diesel repair capabilities — able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
High character and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable
ASE/OEM certifications preferred (we’ll help you get more)
Franchise dealership experience is a plus
