Full Job Description

Position: Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: West Columbia, SC

Schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week (Flexible)

About CQI

CQI Pharmacy Services is a growing medical distribution company serving healthcare providers throughout the United States. Under new ownership, we are investing in the business, expanding our supplier relationships, and looking for great people who want to grow with us.

We are looking for an organized, motivated individual who enjoys variety and wants to become an important member of a small team. This position offers the opportunity to learn every aspect of our business and grow into a larger role as the company continues to expand.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders and purchase orders
Enter purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and other transactions into QuickBooks
Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Build and wrap pallets for outbound shipments
Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
Prepare customer and shipping documentation accurately and efficiently
Work with manufacturers and vendors regarding product availability and order status
Update pricing and product information
Assist with general office administration and special projects
Support compliance-related documentation and maintain organized records
Assist wherever needed as part of a small, growing team

Qualifications

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks (preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to learn new software and business processes quickly
Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment
Able to lift boxes and assist with receiving and shipping activities
Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to wear many hats
Experience in healthcare, medical distribution, logistics, inventory management, or office administration is helpful but not required

This is not a traditional office position or warehouse position—it is a combination of both.

The ideal candidate enjoys variety, is willing to jump in wherever needed, and takes pride in helping a small business succeed. One hour you may be entering invoices in QuickBooks, the next you may be receiving inventory or preparing an order for shipment.

We value attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail more than industry experience. We are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term member of our team and grow with the company.

Schedule & Growth Opportunity

Approximately 20–25 hours per week initially
Flexible work schedule
Opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the business continues to grow

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
