Full Job Description

Network Imaging Systems specializes in servicing, supporting, installing, and relocating MRI and CT imaging equipment. We are seeking an experienced Working Warehouse Manager to independently operate our warehouse department.

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A WORKING MANAGER POSITION

This is a one-person warehouse department with no direct reports. The Warehouse Manager personally performs all daily warehouse duties, including purchasing, shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, cycle counts, RMA processing, warehouse organization, packaging, and occasional parts deliveries.

The word “Manager” refers to ownership of the warehouse department, processes, inventory accuracy, and results not supervision of a warehouse team.

Candidates seeking a primarily supervisory, delegation-based, or office-only management position will not be a fit.

QUICKBOOKS INVENTORY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Candidates must have recent, hands-on experience using QuickBooks inventory functions, including:

Creating Purchase Orders
Creating Sales and Work Orders
Entering Item Receipts
Processing RMAs and returned inventory
Researching inventory discrepancies
Making inventory adjustments

General QuickBooks experience limited to invoicing, bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable does not meet this requirement. Experience with another ERP or warehouse management system does not replace the required QuickBooks inventory experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Personally manage and perform all daily warehouse operations.
Create Sales Orders, Work Orders, Purchase Orders and Item Receipts in QuickBooks.
Process RMAs, returned parts, and inventory adjustments.
Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory quantities, locations, and bin assignments.
Research, source, and purchase parts, supplies, and equipment.
Locate obsolete, discontinued, specialty, and hard-to-find parts.
Compare vendor pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
Maintain vendor relationships and follow up on open orders.
Personally perform all shipping and receiving duties.
Inspect, label, shelve, pull, package, and ship inventory.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
Use Salesforce to manage and track assigned tasks.
Coordinate and occasionally make parts deliveries to technicians or customer locations.
Maintain company vehicles and coordinate routine repairs.
Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
Support field technicians by ensuring parts are available when needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least five years of warehouse, inventory, purchasing, or parts-management experience.
Recent hands-on experience personally performing warehouse duties—not solely supervising employees.
Hands-on QuickBooks inventory experience.
Experience creating Purchase Orders and entering Item Receipts in QuickBooks.
Experience processing RMAs, returned inventory, and inventory adjustments.
Purchasing, parts sourcing, and vendor-management experience.
Cycle-counting and inventory-reconciliation experience.
Shipping and receiving experience.
Forklift experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong computer, organizational, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Medical equipment, imaging equipment, biomedical, electronics, industrial equipment, or technical service industry experience
Salesforce experience
Experience supporting field service technicians
Experience sourcing obsolete or difficult-to-find parts
Mechanical aptitude

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate enjoys personally doing the work and taking ownership of the results. This person must be comfortable moving between computer-based purchasing and inventory transactions and physical warehouse duties throughout the day.

Pay: $34.00 - $43.00 per hour
