SOUTH MISSISSIPPI REGIONAL CENTER IS SEEKING
Support Care Professional Team Lead
WORK LOCATION: GAUTIER COMMUNITY HOMES, 1501 South Shivers St., Poplarville MS 39570
TITLE/PAY: Support Care Professional Team Lead / $31,744.97 Annually ($15.26 per hour)
SCHEDULE/SHIFTS: 1st shift: 6:00 A.M. – 2:30 P.M.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This is semi-skilled level work in the care and supervision of clients at a state mental health facility. First-level supervisory position accountable for professional program planning and management for treatment sub-unit or multiple residential locations. Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individual habilitation or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervises and works on the floor with direct care staff. Other duties may apply as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires graduation from a standard four-year high school or equivalent (GED/Transcripts); AND 3-5+ years of direct care experience with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
