Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth restaurant flow, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold food safety standards, and drive the overall guest experience to new heights. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about hospitality management and team development to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant dining environment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and cashiers, fostering a positive team environment through effective training and leadership.
Ensure high standards of customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally, creating memorable dining experiences.
Manage shift schedules, monitor staffing levels, and oversee shift transitions to optimize service efficiency.
Oversee food preparation areas related to guest service, including bar and casual dining sections, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and billing procedures.
Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, manage stock rotation, and coordinate with kitchen management for food production needs.
Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, customer service excellence, POS operation, and safety protocols to maintain top-tier service quality.
Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control; implement strategies accordingly.
Enforce food safety regulations and hospitality standards across all front-of-house operations.
Assist in managing catering events or banquet services when required, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service.

Qualifications

Bilingual is a Huge Plus but not mandatory

Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong background in food preparation and customer service.
Demonstrated supervisory or management experience within hospitality or restaurant settings; assistant manager experience preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise essential.
Knowledge of food safety management practices and food handling procedures aligned with industry standards.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop hospitality teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination and customer interaction; managerial communication skills highly valued.
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management.
Experience managing restaurant operations including shift management, kitchen oversight, and managing hospitality teams.
Knowledge of food industry trends including casual dining, fine dining, catering, bar operations, and hotel or banquet experience is advantageous.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
