Position: Director, Global Technical Accounting & Reporting

Compensation: $146,000 - $201,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Golden, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Director, Global Technical Accounting & Reporting to join their team!

This opportunity involves leading the company's global technical accounting strategy and governance framework, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and regulatory requirements. The role offers a chance to step into a leadership position where you can make a significant impact. Join a dynamic team at a pivotal moment and contribute to global consistency and financial reporting excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead global consolidated internal and external financial reporting
Conduct complex technical accounting research for US GAAP and IFRS
Establish global accounting standards and policies
Oversee consolidated global US GAAP audit
Drive transformation of general accounting functions
Design global accounting guidance and use of systems/software
Partner with stakeholders for policy alignment and controls
Lead and develop the global accounting team

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Undergraduate degree in Accounting
Active Certified Public Accountant license
Minimum 10 years combined in Public Accounting, Manufacturing Industry, and Global experience
3-5+ years of management experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with SAP or OneStream
Manufacturing environment exposure
Experience in multinational or global organizations

Other Information:

Interview process includes an initial Microsoft Teams call and onsite panel interview
Schedule: M-F 8–5, with occasional over time
