For 39 years, we've served our community by helping Delaware and Maryland homeowners recover from fire, water, and mold damage. At C&B Complete Cleaning & Construction, we know that serving our customers starts with supporting one another. That's why we offer competitive pay, outstanding benefits, and a team environment focused on learning, personal and professional growth, and winning together.
We're looking for a Renovations Production Coordinator to join our team and become the operational backbone of our growing Renovation Department. In this role, you'll coordinate everything needed to ensure renovation projects are fully prepared before construction begins—from purchasing materials and coordinating trade partners to organizing documentation and supporting production schedules.
If you're highly organized, enjoy solving problems, and love bringing order to moving pieces, we'd love to meet you. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction operations.
What makes our team different...
The Team
We're a family-owned company with a great reputation. Throughout the year we bring our team and their families together for events like pool parties, putt-putt outings, crab feasts, and other celebrations because we believe work should be rewarding both professionally and personally.
Financial Rewards
Recognition matters—but so does rewarding great work. In addition to competitive pay, every employee is eligible to earn a monthly incentive when company goals are achieved (and we achieve them often!).
The Work
Every renovation project represents a family rebuilding their home after a disaster. While you may not swing the hammer, your work ensures our field teams have everything they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
