Our operations include U.S.-based manufacturing, global sourcing, VMI, kitting, and 3PL services — all focused on reliability, speed, and cost control.

Job Summary

Altius Solutions is seeking a reliable CNC Machining and Fabrication team member to operate CNC and automated manufacturing equipment producing high-quality metal and plastic components. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistent processes, and precision-driven manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

Operate CNC and automated production machines performing machining and forming operations
Read and follow CNC set-up sheets, drawings, and work instructions
Inspect parts using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
Make routine CNC adjustments including tool changes, offsets, and feed/speed corrections
Load raw materials and monitor machine performance
Perform secondary fabrication operations such as deburring, grinding, polishing, stamping, and straightening
Conduct basic preventive maintenance and daily machine checks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Follow ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
Basic shop math and measurement skills
Ability to pass required pre-employment testing

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift up to 35 pounds
Frequent use of hands and arms
Close vision and depth perception required

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment with moving machinery
Moderate noise level
Exposure to fumes or airborne particles
