Ready to Start? We’re Ready for You. Seeking an immediate OT for Permanent or Temporary position!

Salary: $63,000 - $75,000/year (plus bonus)

Salary range based on years of experience and specialties like feeding, neuro, and autism

Pam's early experiences at Columbus Children's Hospital, sharing tender moments and tears with mothers in the neonatal intensive care unit, deeply resonated with her, highlighting the challenges and often lonely journey of parenthood. This became their calling. Jim's 29 years working with youth and families in church settings and raising their five children solidified their desire to offer families more than just excellent therapy—they wanted to provide genuine encouragement and love. They know firsthand the power of community, having experienced its embrace during their own parenting journey. Embracing the idea that "it takes a village," Marshall Pediatric Therapy has become that village for over 2,000 families in Central Kentucky. What you’d do in this role:

The purpose of the Occupational Therapist is to do all that's required to provide excellence in therapy to children and families.

You’re a match if:

You hold a current Kentucky licensure in Occupational Therapy
You have a NBCOT certification
You love to collaborate and work in a team-based atmosphere
You meet targets and goals and contribute to company growth
You hold a current CPR and First Aid Certification
You enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
You effectively & professionally communicate verbally and in documentation
You have experience with or desire to learn Telehealth
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
