Overview:

Grand Strand Health and Wellness, a leading chiropractic practice focused on well-being, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:

Play a key role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent.
Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Oversee performance management processes and employee relations.
Foster a positive company culture and promote employee engagement.
Maintain accurate and timely HR records.

To Qualify:

Minimum 1 year of HR experience preferred (including recruitment, retention, and performance management).

Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Work Schedule:
