Whether you’re currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced stylist ready to take on full leadership responsibility, we’d love to connect with you.

We currently have management positions available at several locations. Our managers are the heart of what we do Managers earn a competitive hourly wage of 30.00-45.00 (includes tips, commissions and bonuses) In addition to vacation/holiday pay and 401K opportunities. What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
