This role is for an RN with Enterpreneurial mindset

If you opened your own MedSpa in Silver Spring, you would have to sign a $5,000/month commercial lease, buy a $80,000 laser, and pay a Medical Director $3,000/month out of your own pocket and spend $5000 on digital marketing. I have already taken all that financial risk for you. I am giving you the keys to a fully compliant facility. Your job is to help me run it, treat the patients flawlessly, and we will split the profits 80/20 once the bills are paid

Position Overview

Are you an ambitious Registered Nurse tired of the hospital floor or rigid corporate medspa structures? We are seeking an entrepreneurial Aesthetic RN Partner to help build and launch a premier laser hair removal startup in Silver Spring, MD.This is not a traditional punch-in, punch-out job. It is a PRN-to-Partner growth opportunity. You will start on a flexible, as-needed schedule to accommodate our initial client bookings. In addition to delivering world-class clinical care, you will act as a true strategic partner—driving localized marketing, managing daily startup operations, and sharing heavily in the revenue you generate. If you have a hunger for business ownership and want to build your own aesthetic empire without the upfront capital risk, this role is for you.

The Partnership & Growth Model

PRN approach: Hours will scale dynamically alongside our marketing efforts and your direct client acquisition.
Operational Equity/High Commission: Compensation is designed to reward builders. You will earn a competitive baseline hourly wage for clinical time, heavily amplified by aggressive profit-sharing and revenue commissions on every treatment package, membership, and retail product sold.
Path to Leadership: As revenue scales, this role is designed to transition into a permanent, highly salaried Full-Time Clinic Director and Equity Partner.

Clinical Execution (When Booked)

Laser Treatments: Administer precise, safe laser hair removal treatments following Maryland Board of Nursing and Board of Physicians guidelines.
Consultations: Conduct comprehensive patient skin assessments, review medical histories, design custom treatment packages, and safely establish treatment settings.
Compliance: Maintain flawless Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Adhere tightly to written protocols established by our supervising Medical Director.

Startup Business Operations

Client Acquisition: Actively network and engage with the Silver Spring community to drive local outreach, secure client referrals, and build your initial book of business.
Operational Setup: Collaborate with the founder to select EMR software, optimize booking schedules, and manage clinical inventory efficiently.
Brand Building: Participate in creating educational social media content and local community pop-up events to establish the clinic’s market presence.

Qualifications

Active Maryland RN License: Unrestricted license in Maryland (or Compact state).
Laser Experience: 1+ years of clinical experience with aesthetic lasers preferred, but a strong, proven aptitude for sales and clinical safety is mandatory.
Founder's Mindset: Highly self-motivated, comfortable with the ambiguity of a startup, and possesses a strong natural talent for consultative selling and relationship building.

Commission & Compensation Structure

Guaranteed Base: $35.00 – $40.00 / hour (Paid strictly for treatment, consultation, and mandatory administrative hours).
Growth Commission: Up to 15% – 20% commission on all service package sales and memberships closed, plus standard retail product commission.
Milestone Bonuses: Cash bonuses or profit-share percentages unlocked upon hitting clinic revenue tiers (e.g., reaching 50 active members).

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
