Full Job Description

We are seeking a Manager, Digital Change Leadership and Communications to support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives by driving change adoption and delivering clear, compelling communications. Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Change Leadership and Communications, this role plays a critical part in translating strategy into action by helping employees understand, adopt, and embrace new tools, processes, and ways of working.

This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of people, technology, and storytelling. You bring strong organizational change management capabilities, a passion for communication excellence, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure transformation efforts are engaging, effective, and aligned to business priorities.

What You’ll Do for Us

Digital Change Execution

Support digital change strategies that drive adoption of new systems, tools, and processes across Digital, and KO.

Apply established change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies to deliver consistent and effective change support

2. Strategic Communications & Content Development

Develop and deliver communication plans that translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, engaging, and audience relevant messaging

Create communication assets such as presentations, toolkits, leader messaging, and employee content that drive awareness and engagement

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment

Partner with cross functional teams including digital, technology, and business stakeholders to align messaging and support change outcomes

Support leaders and managers by equipping them with tools and guidance to communicate and lead through change effectively

4. Change Insights & Impact Assessment

Help assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, and communication requirements for key transformation initiatives

Track and report on change readiness, communication effectiveness, and adoption metrics, using insights to refine approaches

5. Communication Governance & Culture Enablement

Contribute to the governance and execution of enterprise communication channels, ensuring alignment with broader priorities and standards

Promote a culture of transparency, inclusion, and continuous learning by ensuring employees feel informed and supported throughout change efforts

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

6+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, transformation programs, or related roles

Experience supporting digital transformation or technology enabled change initiatives in a complex organization

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging content

Familiarity with change management principles, frameworks, and tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment

Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and levels

Data literacy, with the ability to interpret metrics and insights to improve communication and change outcomes

Digital fluency, including experience with collaboration tools, communication platforms, and analytics dashboards

Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies and their impact on workplace communication and change

Experience developing communication plans, campaigns, and multichannel messaging

Ability to create high-quality content (presentations, toolkits, leader messaging, employee communications)

Strong partnership skills to work effectively with cross functional teams (digital, technology, HR, and business stakeholders)

Ability to build relationships, align messaging, and support shared outcomes

Confidence in supporting leaders with communication tools and guidance

4. Data & Insights Application

Ability to assess change impacts and identify stakeholder needs

Experience tracking and analyzing metrics related to change readiness, communication effectiveness, and adoption

Uses data and feedback to continuously improve communication and change approaches

5. Organizational Awareness & Adaptability

Strong understanding of how organizations operate and how change affects different audiences

Ability to anticipate risks, resistance, and communication needs across stakeholder groups

Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in fast paced, evolving environments

6. Communication Governance & Channel Management

Understanding of enterprise communication channels and governance standards

Ability to ensure consistency, alignment, and quality across messaging and platforms

Supports execution of communication processes and standards

Focused on creating positive employee experiences during transformation

Helps ensure employees feel informed, supported, and engaged

8. Digital & Technology Fluency

Comfortable working with digital tools, collaboration platforms, and communication technologies

Familiarity with digital transformation concepts and how technology impacts employees

Basic understanding of data tools and emerging technologies (including AI) in a workplace context

Pay Range:

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
