Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Data Entry Clerk and become a vital part of our administrative operations! Responsibilities

Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and management software with precision and speed
Manage multiple-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently while providing excellent customer support
Organize and file documents both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members or clients
Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before final submission
Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining office equipment
Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone and email to facilitate smooth operations

Requirements

Proven clerical experience or office management background with strong organizational skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and productivity software
Excellent typing speed combined with strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client communication
Strong computer literacy including familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing, and technical proficiency in office tools
Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer service
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing time efficiently in a busy environment
Previous experience in customer support or front desk roles is advantageous
Personal assistant or calendar management experience is beneficial for supporting executive schedules
