About the Role

Emage Fibroid Centers is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media & Brand Growth Manager to lead and grow our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms to support our locations in Atlanta, GA, Richmond, VA, and Washington, DC,

This role is responsible for creating compelling content, strengthening brand awareness, managing our social media presence, and helping educate women about uterine fibroid embolization (UFE), a minimally invasive, non-surgical treatment for uterine fibroids.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with strong graphic design skills, experience producing engaging short-form video, and a passion for building brands through authentic storytelling. You'll play a key role in expanding our digital reach, increasing engagement, and helping more women discover a treatment option for fibroids they may not know exists.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organic social media strategy across all platforms
Create engaging, educational, and visually compelling content tailored to each social media channel
Produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging formats
Design branded graphics, carousels, stories, promotional materials, and campaign assets
Write compelling captions, scripts, and educational content that makes complex healthcare topics easy to understand
Manage the social media content calendar and publishing schedule
Own and maintain all social media profiles, including branding, bios, links, highlights, keywords, and platform optimization
Ensure brand voice, messaging, and visual identity remain consistent across every platform
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media opportunities
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community conversations in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with physicians, leadership, patient care teams, and marketing partners to develop meaningful content
Identify opportunities to feature patient stories, physician education, community partnerships, and brand partners
Partner with the SEO and digital marketing teams to improve search visibility and content performance
Optimize social content using keywords, hashtags, captions, metadata, and platform best practices
Track key performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, website traffic, and conversions
Analyze results and provide recommendations to continually improve content performance and audience growth

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand or organization
Strong portfolio demonstrating social media content creation, graphic design, and visual storytelling
Strong graphic design skills with the ability to independently create polished, on-brand creative assets
Experience creating and editing short-form video content
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative tools
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Strong understanding of social media strategy, audience growth, and platform best practices
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and social search optimization
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, women's health, wellness, or another highly regulated industry
Familiarity with HIPAA-conscious healthcare marketing
Experience working with physicians, patient stories, influencers, or community partnerships
Photography and video production experience
Experience with social media analytics and reporting platforms

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
