Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for the organization
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure proper recording of transactions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare invoices for customers
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
Skills:
- Proficient in 10-key typing for data entry accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word). (Knowledge of bookkeeping software Quickbooks is a plus)
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, as well as experience with payroll processing, tax preparation, and financial reporting.
