Full Job Description

Administrative Assistant

MTScapes is looking for a capable, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cumming, Georgia.

We are a family-owned company, and we take a lot of pride in maintaining an environment where people know one another, help one another, and understand that every role contributes to the success of the business. At the same time, we are a busy and growing organization, so we are looking for someone who brings legitimate administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to keep several things moving at once.

This position will work closely with our Administrative Operations Director while also providing support to several areas of the company.

Position Details

Monday–Friday, in-office position

Schedule:
8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will help support the day-to-day administrative needs of the company, including:

Assisting the Administrative Operations Director with a variety of administrative tasks and projects
Calling in and coordinating utility locates
Entering subcontractor sheets, vendor invoices, inventory pick tickets, and other operational information
Helping answer and route incoming phone calls
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Assisting the HR Manager with scheduling interviews for multiple departments and branch locations
Assisting various departments with data entry and scheduling within Aspire
Helping maintain accurate, organized records and information
Providing general administrative support as needs arise throughout the company

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in being organized, accurate, and dependable.

Qualified candidates should have:

Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with Microsoft Outlook
Strong organizational skills
The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
A willingness to learn new systems and processes

Experience with Aspire is a plus, but not required.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and enjoys being the person others can count on to help keep things organized and moving.
